new sapling

I went to pat and Margaret sheehys in lixnaw today to pick up my 12 month old sapling kilhoran choice (droopys scholesxkilhoran lass)a beautiful pup and very well done no nerves whatsoever

I headed off to ballybunion schooling track to give him a short slip and he went really well;much better than his first slip last month so most of the hard work is done already

I will give him the usual treatment worm dose/spot on and detox over the next couple of weeks and then i will try him out of a box if he goes well i will put him away for a couple of months as he is very young;i would not normally try pups this young but he is so far forward you would not believe and he is not a big dog so hopefully he will be easy to keep sound
