I hope to start my pup back galloping the weekend after his lay off due to the hair line fracture of his metacarpal i have had him on the walker for the last few days and i will give him 6 or 7 gallops before i bring him to the schooling track
I have put him in a trap at home during his lay off so i don't think he will be any trouble first time in traps and lets just keep the fingers crossed that he will be sound after his gallops the lay off has done him the world of good as he has grown up a lot in the past 6 weeks

Bantiss Pebbles came back well from a similar injury - check for heat in the injured area after every gallop - id say he'll come back as good.
hopefully anyway johnny fingers crossed
i will strap him up before gallops and races from now on
in hind site we should have waited for the laurels for that tipping comp better quality in it..oh well
