A recent topic on greyhound data got me thinking about the state of racing in Ireland today particularly the graded racing scene we have seen the cost of admission,entry fees,stud fees,and feed stuffs increasing year on year but the the graded money remains very stagnant when it is compared in the overall picture
The top dogs no doubt are competing for brilliant money but the run of the mill dogs are being left behind
Everything is getting more expensive in greyhound racing except the price of pups and the prize money this can not continue
Is it time the I.G.B looked at the prize money structure?
