Not impressed is the words i would use.... its too difficult to navigate and i have to say i have a good grasp of computers and the last one was a lot easier and user friendly it looks obvious to me that its aimed at the prawn sandwich brigade which is fair enough as they are the paying public but again the igb have forgotten the man supplying the entertainment......one man and his dog if you look at the home page of the new site its all about the atmosphere, food, tote betting, sponsorship ect..... no tab to search for results,no facility for a dog search,no upcoming meetings tab.... all essential for the ordinary dog man Has this new upgrade improved the site? Has years of site development improved the site? Has the thousands spent on web design and consultants improved the site? For me the simple answer is No |

i'm a total dunce with computers and i think the new site's brilliant, very easy to navigate, much more information, and a big big improvement a huge section on welfare.
Graphics much better as well, i really don't understand why anybody can have any problem with the site, unless they don't have broadband, and that is hardly the IGB's fault.
perhaps i'm not as thick as a thought in comparison to the average greyhound person
are you an average greyhound person?
there is no doubt the graphics are better but it is a lot more difficult to navigate than it was in the old version although i see they have now added a results tab to the home page which is a good thing and maybe im judging them to quickly but for me i dont know why they didnt wait to have it in full operation rather than go online half done we have waited 2 years for it another couple of months would not have made a difference
the sites brilliant if you have broadband, its called prgression, like motor cars, sewage systems, don't blame the igb, everybody who complains doesn't have broadband
I dont have broadband at home and it is basically inaccessible to me.
Thing is, half of rural Ireland is not broadband friendly - and where are most of Ireland's dog folk based?
Rural Ireland!!
Saying that, I love the new look and Im sure that in 2012 when we get broadband, i will learn how to use it LOL

i think they have made it harder for the ordinary dog man now you have to go 2/3 pages to get the imformation the dog links dont work from the race card either how hard would it be to put the search box for greyhounds on all pages if my blog was as badly put together as the igb site i would close it down!!!!!
