Top class action is again the order of the day this weekend with the final of the john j casey sweep in shelbourne park the usual suspects line up with the high profile si senor just shading favoritism in a very open race all 6 runners are capable on their day of winning this sweep for me it looks to be a battle between the graham holland trained farloe jester and the mckenna trained si senor who has had the upper hand so far in their meetings but only just...my vote however goes to farloe jester from the trap 1 berth i think he can trap and lead and it will be very tough to peg him back On the under card my nap last week again runs in the open 550 and in what looks like an easier race on paper than last week a maximum bet is the order of the day the danger being the two younger flying finishers droopys arsene and comeonthetown but the old legs and old head of liam butlers kennel star are taken to win The final race of the night looks to be a clinker with the likes of shingaun stan,four dubs,royal warrior,holyromanemperor and liam dowlings bitch ballymac penske all in the line up its not however a betting proposition with lots of likely winners and scenarios but it should make a cracking race if i had to plump for one e/w it would be dowlings lady ballymac penske who after having a look at the real fella in a couple of runs up the field she will definitely have her mind on the job!! but it would be for very small stakes The guiness 525 gets underway also in curraheen park with the first round heats being run off on Saturday night having been downgraded to an A1 from an open class competition it has taken the shine off it slightly but a top class field will go to traps all the same spider said ran well during the laurels earlier in the year and is taken to return to form in his favourite track with his lightning early he should be in front early on Another i expect to run well is click click having seen this fella in a match race earlier on in the year around the curraheen circuit he looks well suited to it selections farloe jester large mac..... again!!! maximum bet ballymac penske e/w spider said
