Well last night didnt go to plan in tralee kilhoran classic finishing 4th in his novice race... to be fair he ran well he didnt trap to well but showed a good turn of early pace to lead around the first 2 bends all was looking good at that stage but the writeing was on the wall going up the back with trap 2 & 3 on his tail they passed him handy enough and he faded a little on the run in the time 28.96!!! i was back 7 lengths so an estimated time of 29.45 which in itself is decent enough and would be good enough to win a lot of novice races for what its worth i think the track may have been running a little on the fast side in my opinion.
Hes gone up to grade a4 now and i have entered him for a race next saturday but as it stands there are 10 entries so i might not get a run
