knowsley jake wins the produce stake

Clonmel last night was packed to the rafters for the 08 produce stake and anyone who attended wasn't let down with some brilliant racing on the night the highlight being the win of knowsley jake in the big final it was no flash in the pan for this fella with some big scalps to his name already beating skywalker ace and droopys teasbag in an earlier heat
looking at his card he is a dog that has progressed nicely through the grades and well done to bernie connolly on having him right on the night... its nice to see a small trainer lift the big prize and well done to his owner for having the confidence to stick with her to often the likes of these dogs are bought for big money and moved to so called top trainers
looking at his breeding which is not usually my strong point his line has thrown up numerous top dogs in the last few years the likes of redbarn panther and tedso having strutted there stuff in top company
My recent sale to the UK Kilhoran Choice comes from the same dam line as Knowsley Jake and it will be interesting to follow his progress
