well after all the waiting the Irish derby final was ran last night and what a race it turned out to be with shelbourne aston just getting up in the shadow of the post to beat slip the lark who led everywhere aston was in a hopeless position going up the back straight and he would have been any price in running but once again this remarkable dog got the result it was more or less a carbon copy of his champion stakes win and you would have to say their was no hard luck story's the best dog won on the night well done to connections and to my fellow blogger johnny moyles who has always blown this fellas trumpet and im sure hes made a nice few bob in the process
in the tipping front johnny kicked my ass again and really shelbourne aston was the difference between us
