I was in tralee last night for a trial and i put round the new recruit to the kennel dinneeos lad for his first spin from my kennel it was a 2 dog trial and he showed great early pace to lead and going up the back he had 5/6 lengths in hand and it looked like he would win the trial easy but when he hit the third bend he stopped like he was shot!!! and walked home to beaten by a length and he was behind by another 6 at the pick up all i can take from his run is that 525 is to far for him at the moment so i will sprint him for a while to see how he goes
I may run him again in clonmel as he looks to be graded that bit easier there on his sprint form
