Adam gets off the mark in brilliant style

Aughacasla adam got off the mark in magnificent style last night in tralee winning in outstanding fashion... to be fair it was not expected by me anyway
I always knew he was a decent pup and he has struggled a bit early on in his career meeting some top class opposition along the way running into fast times every night he ran but last night it all came good he broke moderately enough but showed nice pace to the bend and held his position nicely on the fence, placed in 3rd off the second bend he really went into over drive running up the back straight he had taken the lead at the third bend and from there on home the result was never in doubt he flashed pass the winning line in a quite brilliant 30.04 which if transferred back to 525 time equates to a 28.69 run
so it turns out it has been worth the wait and I'm delighted this morning for his part owner Gabriel keane who kept faith in me when things where going arseways!!
The plans for Adam are fluid enough at the moment there is an open 525 puppy sweep in limerick in 3 weeks time and there is an open 550 commencing shortly in tralee so it will be a toss up between the 2 of them

I hope to get the dvd of the race tonight and ill try and put it online in the coming days
