Kilhoran Aoife (pictured) got off the mark last night in tralee at the second time of asking winning in impressive fashion in a quick 17.90 for the 325 trip she was in with some experienced rivals so it was a good learning curve for her and she definitely got her share of hustle and bustle in the race but stuck to her guns well and had her head in front where it matters...onwards and upwards
I think she may need a lb or so more weight on her back but she is grubbing for Ireland and not putting anything on..lol
shes eats a bigger pan of grub than a 76lb dog!!....go figure

Well done on the win John, nice time. Have you had her tonsils looked at? This can prevent them from gaining weight if they are acting up.
thanks lad she ran well will probably keep her sprinting for a while and will do no harm to the card
ill have a look at her tonsils but id say she is grand
