Big weekend in tralee

Tonight sees the kingdom stadium in tralee host one of its biggest nights of the year with the final of the mike cronin juvenile classic taking centre stage
The setanta cameras will be in place and a top class show of racing is on the agenda the live coverage is a massive boost to tralee and to the competition sponsor
A whole pile of credit has to go to the sponsor mike cronin for continuing his sponsorship in these tough times especially for the building industry and the word on the grapevine is that he is going to extend his deal for another 3 years which is brilliant news
The main final on the night looks to be a race full of top class youngsters and it will be a tricky punting proposition i have liked the look of "saleens" christmas box since the first round but the draw out in 6 will do him no favours and with james roches charge inside him he will find it difficult to get his head in front to the bend but he can win from behind also but tonight i would have to swerve him, roches charge shade of satawa is likely to lead the field to the corner but his stamina is suspect and is another i will avoid in 4 we have the Clare owned and trained paradise Miami this fella missed his break badly last week but showed real good pace to the bend and got a dream run around but tonight he cant afford any mistakes if this fella traps and leads i would expect him to win
Trap 3 houses bellwood prince again for the oconnor family from tarbert this fella was in a re run last tuesday night and blazed a mighty trail to win in a super 28.22 but again he is one i will swerve
trap 2 houses local hope lassa extreme and he has done really well to get to the final but i think this may be one step to far but all credit must go to his connections
and on to trap 1 we have lystoll oak another trained o connor runner but I'm afraid not for me tonight
The saleen camp have a very strong hand in the final with 3 runners lining up at the start and with the o'donnell runner in 2 there is a mighty chance we can keep the money in Kerry this year but for me if i was punting i would go for the Clare owned and trained paradise Miami the connections behind this fella know the time of day and only last year won the highly prestigious lee strand 550
Selection
Paradise Miami
