Farantane pal (black shaw x palatine spice) made a superb debut last night at tralee winning a heat of the con murphy in a brilliant 28.83,being a december pup that is one hell of a run for one so young,on the night his time being just 11 spots slower than the fastest of the night where seasoned open/A1 dogs where competiing in the paddy byrne memorial
This fella looks to have a very big future and has put a fairly hefty price tag on his head after that performance
He is owned by my good friend stuart welford and john hiilliard,it was stuarts first night at the track in many months after a recent illness and it will have been a nice tonic to have seen this fella stride out and win so easily
