Gone fishing

Ive shut up the kennel for the winter after headleys mentor run last weekend

The weather is so stop start these days and the past month its really a pain trying to train dogs So the gone fishing sign is on the door for a few weeks! i will give them all a spin back in the new year weather dependant of course

i have a full kennel of dogs these days with 3 young ones to start off local flight,local harbour and my own kilhoran shelly

local flight will be aimed at the mike cronin unraced classic in march and is a dog i think a nice bit off he has had a few problems early doors but is 100 percent now and raring to go i had intended to run him this year but with the bad weather i just wouldn't do the dog justice i don't yet have a handle on him on how good he will be because i have had an interrupted schedule with him but I'm confident hes pretty decent

local harbour is another youngster from a good litter i qualified him a few weeks back in a decent 30.01 but he picked up an injury in his trial and will be rested until mid January

kilhoran shelly is my own lady who booked in only last week a strapping bitch at 74lb i left her rearing for a couple more months than usual because of her size she will get a handslip in January and we will see where we go from there if she can run as good as she looks I'm on a winner

Not a bad 2010 with 8 winners in total

ill be hoping to hit double figure next year if i can keep the kennel strength up
