Venture and aoife both qualify

Kilhoran venture had his first qualifying trial yesterday in tralee and did the business well he completely missed his break but showed real pace to lead just after the first bend where he picked it up and ran well after he did fade a little coming home but that was to be expected he won his 3 dog trial in a very decent 29.88 he did however have a slight problem after when cramping fairly badly in the front and back so i will have to keep a close eye on him in the coming days for any signs of acidosis but he is much better today so fingers crossed he is over the worse of it
Aoife also requalified fairly smartish in 18.22 over the sprint distance and is gone into novice 1 for her trouble she had to retrial due to going out of her time due to picking up a touch of the cough she will be put into full work from here on in and will race in about 6 weeks alll going well
