Kilhoran ace (ace hi rumble x farantane sinead) is starting to smarten up a bit and he is coating nicely and losing some of his puppy fat but he is far from the finished article yet i have had him up the gallops a cpl of times and he has been up after the drag once and chased it really well
I'm contemplating taking him to banteer on Sunday to give him a handslip and see how he goes i will get the middle split which can be an indication of what kind of pace he has but u wouldn't want to be worry to much about time at this early stage if he goes well i will be happy with my days work if he chases well i will let him alone for 4 or 5 weeks before i box him i don't think he will be any trouble as he looks to have the right temperament for the job and i would be very surprised if he doesn't chase it
