Next week will be busy!!

I will have my hands full next week with plenty of mileage do be done and dogs to be ran;first up on Monday i have kilhoran ace to be brought to tralee to be marked and if its not to busy on the day i may well put him around as well to stick a trial on his card ;then onto Thursday kilhoran aoife is being prepared for her step up to 525 and will take her place in the first rounds of the goldmine ramble at stud A3 525 in limerick I'm pretty confident she will get the trip and I'm hopeful she will run well for us she has a nice card at the moment after winning 3 nice sprints and i intend trying to keep it like that..lol
Kilhoran venture is nearly ready for the champion unraced in kilkenny starting next Friday week, this sweep always throws up some quality youngsters and will take a lot of winning, the running surface in kilkenny will take a while to bed down after the recent work on the track so i wouldnt be expecting any flash times in the first few weeks of racing,on that note i would like to congatulate the kilkenny locals for getting stuck in and doing a tremendous job on the place with limited funds i would imagine
I would also like to thank ger duncan who kindly arranged a recent trial for me there, its much appreciated
Its taken a while to get venture to the track and i hope my patience will be rewarded just another couple of gallops and he should be spot on for the first round and we are hopeful he will be able to do him self justice but in a novice company anything can happen so i wont be punting
I'm looking forward to next week even though there is a lot of road miles to be put in but its nice to have the dogs fit and sound and able to run and lets hope it stays that way for the foreseeable future
