Kilhoran venture has draw trap 6 on Friday night next in the second round of the red mills champion unraced he will go from the first heat of the night so we will no our fate fairly quickly looking at the heat on paper you would be hopeful he will qualify for the semis but all the runners could be open to a lot of improvement
Trap 6 is not easy in kilkenny with the traps more or less on the bend and he will have to be good away to get involved early on if however he is in the hunt early days you would hope he can make it through to the semi finals it hasn't been easy to do much with him this week with the hot weather and he is short a gallop but he is in good form and will be kept to the lead for the next cpl of days I'm just hoping it wont be to hot on Friday for traveling i have a vent and a fan in the van so it will be a help come race day
