Kilhoran venture got the business done last night in kilkenny winning the third and last semi final of the red mills unraced in 29.27 a fastest of the year the other 2 semi finals where won in 29.48 and 29.36 by yahoo jerry and minnies oscar respectively
I have to say i am delighted with our fella and he produced a run i knew he was capable of if he got on the bunny,i have checked him over this morning and he looks 100 percent although he is tired after his exertions
I would have been very happy coming down the road if we qualified but to win and in the manner he did it was extra special
The job is not done yet however and it looks to be a good final and will take a lot of winning but as the old saying goes you have to be in it to win it
He has drawn trap 1 next week and I'm happy enough with that and fingers crossed he can come out again next week and do the business when it matters,either way its nice to be in the final
